Capacitación de procesos: el camino a la mejora
Integrantes de todos los Planteles y Departamentos de la Dirección de Educación, Doctrina e Historia, entre PNS, PNI y CPR, participaron en el curso de Gestión y Modelamiento de Procesos, dictado por la Universidad Andrés Bello.
El objetivo de esta capacitación fue entregar herramientas, con el fin de avanzar en esta importante labor que implica modelar y desarrollar los manuales de procedimientos de todas las Reparticiones, de acuerdo a la metodología Visual Participativa.
La Gestión de Procesos se basa en una visión integral de las organizaciones, que permite alinear el desarrollo de productos, datos, aplicaciones e infraestructura tecnológica, en consistencia con los objetivos estratégicos de la entidad.
