Paralelamente, ESUCAR realizó la segunda jornada del ciclo de charlas con la Defensoría Regional Metropolitana Sur, en el que participaron 61 estudiantes de dos secciones del Grupo Santiago. Lo anterior permite a los alumnos contar con conocimientos actualizado sobre esta materia, para entregar una orientación correcta a la comunidad.

Los temas abordados fueron: control de identidad preventivo y control de identidad; detención por flagrancia; uso de la fuerza y legítima defensa de carabineros; apremios ilegítimos y tortura; delitos con participación de migrantes e interrogatorio y contrainterrogatorio en juicio oral.
